A website form, email, telephone call or WhatsApp message is an enquiry until the journey, availability, price and payment arrangements are confirmed directly.
Accurate passenger information
The customer must provide correct pickup, airport, flight, passenger and luggage information. Significant changes can affect vehicle suitability, availability and price.
Airport parking, waiting and delays
Airport pickup instructions, included waiting, parking charges and extended-delay arrangements should be confirmed for the specific booking.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation, amendment, refund and no-show arrangements should be agreed when the journey is confirmed.
Safety and conduct
Unsafe, unlawful or abusive travel may be refused. Seatbelts must be used where required. Smoking and illegal substances are prohibited.
